These systems are auto regulating and consist of an electronic control unit, inert anodes and reference electrodes. Zinc reference electrodes continually monitor the potential of the hull and feed measurements back to the control panel, which uses solid state technology to automatically calculate the correct compensating current to be output by the inert anodes which are strategically positioned on the surface. If this potential starts to rise above a preset value (indicating possibility of corrosion) the rectifier in the control supplies the correct amount of DC current to the inert anodes needed to maintain the preset potential. Sargam is an approved supplier of ICCP systems to the Indian Navy units and its ICCP auto control units have been successfully type tested in Defense laboratories. Sargam also offers low ripple ICCP systems most important for Naval vessels for stealth requirements.
 
Sargam supplies completes ICCP Systems including, the inert anodes, long life reference electrodes, cofferdams, junction boxes, dielectric shielding materials, propeller shaft grounding slip-ring assembly, rudder and stabilizers grounding brides.

Sargam can supply various capacity ICCP Systems to suite the vessel dimensions. Typical capacities of the systems ranges from 10 Amps to 200 Amps with typical output dc voltages in the range of 10 to 24 volts.
Sargam metals can now repair, service and maintain any make of ICCP systems and can also supply spares for ICCP systems.

Choice of anodes for the ICCP Systems, currently available anodes are Lead Silver alloy anodes, PtTi anodes and MMOTi anodes. These anodes can be supplied in various sizes based on the current requirement for Cathodic protection.
Choice of reference electrodes for the ICCP Systems; currently available electrodes include Zinc reference electrodes & Ag/Ag.Cl. reference electrodes.
Both the anodes and Reference electrodes can be supplied with leak proof radiography tested cofferdam housing. Cofferdams comes in various sizes to suite the anodes & reference electrodes.
Choice of long life flush mounted, recess and protruded anodes and electrodes to suite customer requirement.
The in-built safety features of the control unit for ICCP Systems includes protection against "Under Protection", "Over Protection", "Over Current", "Over Voltage", "Over Temperature" and importantly the "Over ripple" for reducing ELFE.
Instant connectable junction boxes with various ratings to suite anodes and reference electrodes.
EMI/EMC shielded special SS inclusive with EMI / EMC gaskets for shielding from EMI / EMC.
Special equipment cooling fans that's comes on only when the equipment temperature reaches very high.
Option to supply portable hull potential monitoring kit.
